Colin is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has over 20 years experience working in both Private Consultancy and the Third Sector.

 

A chartered building surveyor with a broad range of experience, Colin undertakes most aspects of traditional Building Surveying, and also specialises in Design and Specifying for supporting those with Autism and Challenging Behaviour.

 

Under the Building Surveying remit, Colin is experienced in undertaking schedules of conditions, dilapidation matters and building survey inspections. He is also knowledgeable in contract administration of insurance reinstatement claims and refurbishments.

 

Colin is known by his clients for his commercial awareness, creative approach and ability to add value.

 

Colin understands the difficulties and challenges the environment is for those diagnosed with Autism, and provides alternative solutions, through understanding the individual’s needs providing more robust and resilient areas, aimed at reducing anxieties.
